Welcome to the Cornerstone Café, where the faculty and the general public are equally welcome. The Cornerstone Café features light fare lunches, wonderful soups, sandwiches, entrees, & desserts. The Café does take-out orders and is opened from 10:30 - 12:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For the featured menu of the week, call (508) 347-9301 ext.5108.

 

The grand opening of the Cornerstone Café was a grand success. Our guests enjoyed this wonderful evening tasting delicious food which was prepared and displayed in a buffet style by our culinary arts students.

 

The Culinary Arts program at Tantasqua is a full year program in which students learn all the aspects of a food service operation; from dining room setups, to customer service, to kitchen and team work under the qualified teaching of our Culinary Arts Staff. Students study from up-to-date textbooks which give them a full understanding of the food service industry. Extensive hands-on activities give them the confidence they need to be employed in a food service establishment.
