Projects

Students will be involved with various projects during their time in Hospitality Management. These projects will focus on event planning, banquet planning, as well as menu planning. There will be additional projects related to tourism and travel, as well as marketing. As juniors and seniors, students will work collaboratively with Culinary Arts on projects for their mid-term and final examinations. Most recently, Hospitality Management seniors are designing their own Theme Park with original attractions and restaurants.
